Synergy Myofascial is located conveniently in Flowood, MS off of Lakeland, Airport, and Flowood Drive. We are an outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic that combines manual therapy with the use of Myofascial Release (MFR) to treat 100’s of conditions, including but not limited to headaches, TMJ, fibromyalgia, neck pain, back pain, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle dysfunction (including sports related injuries), and plantar fasciitis.

We focus on holistic treatment with a hands-on, one-on-one approach, in a private treatment room for the entire hour. We have over 40 years of combined experience treating these conditions.
